Remember when we as MMA fans would be ecstatic for free MMA or MMA in general on a Friday night? This Friday we have 3 options for MMA, Strikeforce presents Challengers VII which you can view just about anyone can view since Showtime is having a free preview weekend, on HDnet it’s the return of King of the Cage with Legacy, and now I have learned that Las Vegas based Tuff-N-Nuff will be streaming their show tonight for FREE on Ustream.com .

The  3 MMA shows will air as follows

Tuff-N-Nuff will air at 7 pm Pacific – the biggest fight will see Ryan Couture (son of MMA legend Randy Couture) vs Sean Bollinger for the Vacant 155lbs title . This will also be Ryan’s last amateur fight.

KOTC: Legacy will air at 10 p.m. ET- key fights include Mike Kyle v Jon Murphy and Jaime Jara v Nick Gaston.

Strikeforce: Challangers VII will air ar 11 p.m ET – Key bouts are the return of Ron “Abongo” Humphrey  vs. George Bush III(no not our former president) in the LHW division.  In the womens 135 lbs division we’ll see Zolia Grausto vs Miesha Tate.  But wait! Let’s not forget about the return of Lavar Johnson against Lolohea Mahe in the main event in a Heavyweight bout.  One last fight that everyone should also get excited for is a Middleweight bout between Luke Stewart and Andre Galvao.
